I went in there with the wife and we got one of the special deals and the staff was really nice and polite and helped us out. The food was really good and it wasn’t overcrowded with people and the atmosphere was good. They have a couple TVs in there for you to watch while you’re dining in.

Never coming back to this one. Restaurant was absolutely filthy. Fruit flies all over the condiments dispenser and drink machine. Fries were over cooked. Just a very gross experience overall.

So this location was not so great the food was good the service was a little mediocre I don’t think the lady really cared that she was even there she probably didn’t want to be there. I did have to use the restroom while I was there and it was totally disgusting I’m surprised this place is even still open. I went to fill my drink and I used the mellow yellow which was filled with all kinds of black flakes which just goes to show that they don’t ever clean their pop machine still do not know how this place stays open.

Just left this location without ordering. I walk in no acknowledge me or asked to take my order. So for a couple minutes I patiently wait and the guys are playing with something that obviously was more important than customers. Then someone pulls up to the drive thru the guy stops playing with whatever it was that had him distracted he looks at me and says ” we will be right with you” and then takes the drive thru order. Smh I walked out. Arby’s customer service has been going down hill the last few years and I rarely ever go there anymore so this reinforces my reasons why not to go
