My daughter and I went for lunch. Had to park because they were waiting on chicken strips, which was fine. What wasn’t fine was when the food finally came out, there was items missing from our order. Two fries, a burger and strips, isn’t a hard order to fill.

Mostly clean inside with reasonable seating capacity. Not a warm, inviting dining area but not bad either. Service is extremely slow (might wait up to 10-15 mins.) but the food is good as you would expect when it finally comes.

I want to give 0 stars because that is how much of my order I received. After ordering just a 10 piece chicken tender, sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes, I get to the window and am told it is cash only because the card machine is down. I only have a $10 bill, and the total is $15. They tell us too bad, so we just wasted all that time and they wasted all that product. Wouldn’t it have been better to give us what we ordered and took the cash we had? Or at the very least, tell us BEFORE we order that it’s cash only. My time and money does not matter to this location.

The breakfast is the only thing I like from this place and I do frequent quite a bit, the reason for the 2 stars is everytime I’m in there it’s drama this drama that. I just want food not a story of life… And partially due to no constantly being open. I visited this morning @ 8:30 3/14 and door were locked.

Been to this Hardee’s a few times and get a lettuce wrapped burger each time they just throw lettuce on the bottom and a mayo package on the cheese not wrapped and not sanitary as the packet could have been contaminated. I Dont plan on giving this place another shot anymore I’ll stick to the 45th location where the wrap is a wrap.

Burgers and fries were hot and fresh. The staff was courteous and friendly. Great burger through my window. Only complaint, which is miniscule and not really significant, was that my fries were put in sideways and spilled. First world problems, right?

Went here for breakfast and got my usual the lady that helped me was fast and friendly but the food was subpar. Got the loaded burrito and I was disappointed because it use to be a decent sized burrito and it was rather small. Also grabbed a Frisco and it was kinda warm but the cheese wasn’t melted at all. In conclusion the staff means well but they need to work on porting and for the Frisco I cant complain to much because tho it was kinda cold it still tasted as it should.
