The food is amazing. Very friendly waitress but very busy. I thought it was odd that they charge you before they bring you your food and ask for a tip before you know how good the service will be. We did have very good service. I had the lobster and shrimp. Wife had the king crab and shrimp. Delicious.

I came in for a late lunch (about 1:45pm), with only only other table occupied that I noticed. I had to wait a few minutes to be seated, but getting my tea and order taken was prompt after that, and I was checked on once waiting for my order to come out and again a minute or so after, but I was not checked on again after that. Having to pay when ordering seemed odd, and in retrospect may be policy to discourage walkout or asking for comps.

I came here for the first time today and let me start by saying, the service was GREAT!! The food tasted pretty good as well but the reason I am leaving 3 stars is because this place screws over their employees. If you leave a tip on the credit card the employees do not get their tip NONE of it, it goes straight back to the store. You have to leave a full cash tip in order for them to get it. That is sad and pathetic to pay you employees $2.13 and not give them their full tip just because its on a card!!!

This place was amazing!! The snow crab legs and shrimp were so full and flavorful. The corn, sausage and potatoes were on point as well. Jay was our waiter and was so friendly and explained all the different butter flavors and spices to us to make sure we were ordering exactly what we wanted. We will definitely be going back!!
