I ordered take out. Waited an hour for my food that was already done and sitting in the back. I’m not sure how they expected me to know it was done. After I asked how much longer they said it’s been done. When I went home to eat it all the food was cold and I was missing my drink. Also kids were running around in the kitchen area. If I could I’d give -5 stars, rediculous.

They told me it would be 30 minutes for chicken I said fine but the register person said I had to pay I said ok so I paid and came back in 30 minutes and they hadn’t cooked my chicken then the cook in the back cursed at me and they all act as if they were foolish so I left worse place ever

Waited in line to order for half an hour and another half an hour for food to be prepared. Very short staffed. What staff they had was very nice and working as quickly as they could. Their employee that took the orders and collected payments was having to alternate the front desk with the drive thru and also deliver the food. I don’t believe there were over 3-4 employees present. The on line orders actually complicated the process because of no dedicated on line employees to complete this process. Also, evidently not enough cooks present since no food was prepared in a timely manner.

KFC is a place that has the potential to be really good. The recent renovations are bright, whimsical and attractive. Our food was excellent, hot and arrived without much delay. However, KFC is understaffed. One lady taking and filling orders is simply not enough. We arrived minutes before the dinner crowd, and by the time we left there was a long line. Had we arrived just 15 minutes later, we probably would have left rather than waiting in line. We had to clean our own table, due to the fact that there wasn’t an employee available to clean the dining room. I understand budget constraints, but even one additional employee would have made a difference.

I have gone 3 different times. The 1st time the chicken was so dry. I called they did replace the order at no cost a month later. When I got home with the replacement the potatoes were runny and tasted like water.

I think the place is clean and the staff does a great job as well, but just being a picky eater with my chicken tenders, they seem to never get them crunchy enough and the meat almost feels like it needs cooked more but again im someone that eats my foods extra crispy. Other than my tenders complaint, I love all the sides and drinks and everything else included in meals. Overall great place to eat.
