Service was attentive, food was well worth the price as the portion was large ! The beef enchiladas were hearty and fresh filled with meat. Also, the tostada was the biggest I ever had it was layered and pile with meat. If your in the sugar land area check this spot out small but great food and personable. Will be back thanks !

Amazing way better than Los tios and Lupe tortillas the people are kind here ans the food comes out hot! And they have fun decorations and atmosphere and the music is the right noise level and the salsa is amazing !!! And fajitas! Really everything here is amazing even the chicken mole enchiladas.

Our order was taken quickly. Meals were served in big portions. I love Mexican food and have eaten in different restaurants in different places. Sadly, I must say that I didn’t enjoy the food here at all, neither did my family. Great service though. I must warn you: Don’t order the tilapia – it has an aftertaste!

This is a well run family run restaurant. The food is really very good. All of the tortillas are made fresh on site. They have some of the best flour tortillas around. We tried the chicken mole enchiladas for the first time over the weekend. We will definitely be ordering them again. The mole sauce had a nice flavor to it. The enchiladas had just enough sauce. They were not drowned in it. The beef fajitas were good as always. They are one of our standbys.

I don’t know what the people who are not leaving 5 star reviews are doing because lupitas is the best Mexican restaurant. I’ve been coming to lupitas for years and not once have I EVER been disappointed about anything. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and the food is DAZZLING. I would bet lupitas is my most visited restaurant. 10 out of 10 would and will come again!
