Wow! We were passing thru town on a road trip and came here because of the great reviews. We were not disappointed! Fresh, delicious food. Friendly, attentive, first class service. My only regret is we were too full for dessert. 5 stars for sure!

Some of the best food in the area, and certainly the best pho. House specialties are their pho and their cheesecake. I’m also partial to the spring rolls and luc lac (shaking beef). You’re in about $20 a person if you get drinks or rolls with your food, but the value is there – high quality and generous portions.

The bun bo hue spicy beef noodle soup here is so good it’s my new favorite thing to eat in NE Oregon. Definitely gonna come back and work my way through the menu here!

Fantastic meatball pho, very clean tasting broth, with such good tasting noodles which made for such a nice mouth feel, the meatballs were terrific, and gave the soup such a rich flavor mmmmm!!! The fresh spring rolls were hearty sized, and such fresh ingredients, topped with the best peanut sauce And as always, such nice people!! Fantastic people, really great customer service, outstanding food!! Rates this restaurant A+++

I used to love this restaurant, I still think the food is mostly good but the prices are rising faster than any other restaurant in town while the servings get smaller and the service gets worse. The banh mi is disappointing as well, it’s dry (I’ve had them at 20 other restaurants and this is the driest) and doesn’t have much meat. The boba has been taking a long time to make and the last few months the texture of the boba is way too squishy and kinda slimy.

Woaah, pho! Talk about love at first bite. We were so happy to experience the great customer service and amazingly tasty food. We had fruit boba that was a little sweeter than expected, but we added a little water to it. They dont have a dairy free option to the milk-based boba. The presentations were beautiful. The food is so delicious. We will be looking forward to our return to this GREAT Vietnamese restaurant.

Food is very good, the place is very clean and the staff are really helpful if you don’t know the dishes, we have been there several times and have always had great service and great food, this place is now one of our regulars. I highly recommend this place.

Best pho for at least 100 miles in any direction, with a rich flavorful broth and loads of perfectly cooked meat, this pho is absolutely delicious. Your first time there you have to get the Pho Quan Special, seriously, if you are a pho fan you will walk away with the joy of a great food experience and a happy tummy.
