Hadn’t been here in quite some time, and it seems like this KFC has improved a bit. Fried chicken was quite good, and their fries are seasoned nicely and are much better than what they used to have. Coleslaw and biscuits were okay but no more than that. Decent spot to get fried chicken in a pinch.

Went to the KFC in Huber heights on brandt Pike and a customer was in there video recording the staff cause of his long wait and he kept asking for a manager and he was basically being ignored and kept asking for a manager because his order was wrong. The manager kept him waiting for a long while. And finally the manager came over and was very rude to the other customer. And the guy was trying to explain what was wrong with his order and the manager was being again very rude and unprofessional and told the customer to leave and that he was calling the police. Just because the manager did not want to correct the mistake that was made on the order. Everything was fine with my order except I asked for a side of pickles and one of the managers said they weren’t allowed to do that. What restaurant won’t allow their customers a side of pickles. Most restaurants will put it on your food or give it to you on the side. The manager was just being nasty for nothing. Ridiculous. I don’t recomend this KFC location. There are plenty of other KFC locations to go to beside that particular location. Workers keep forgetting that they wouldn’t get a paycheck and wouldn’t have a job to go to if it wasn’t for the paying customers paying their salary. Because without continued customers they wouldn’t be in business.

my drive thru order that was only two meals, told me to pull around so i waited 20 minutes in the parking lot as they said it would only be 3 minutes. no one came so i had to go inside for my order and my food was cold. waste of my work break. fries were hard.

The customer service was good. They did forget one drink. The chicken was not good at all. Very overcooked or maybe under the warmer way too long. Ordered 4 piece meals and ended up throwing most of the chicken away.
