We had a quick dinner here on a Monday night, about 40 minutes before closing. Plenty of parking and lots of seating inside. There’s an outside patio too. It was pretty busy even after 9pm. The music was loud and groovy. Hubby and I shared a three taco plate. Carnitas, chicken and barbacoa on soft tacos; the carnitas tasted the best. Amount of chips were pretty thin and disappointing. It was an OK meal at the last minute.

The lady making my burrito said her name was Kendra pretty sure she was lying. I asked for double meat and she put like a half a scoop of meat on there as she was half paying attention. Not even looking at the burrito. When I mentioned it to her she was extremely rude and condescending. I walked out I will never return to this location. What an absolute joke. At 12:55 on Thursday. Check the cameras. Instead of actually giving me a fair portion that I was happy to pay extra for the burrito was thrown away. I don’t understand how that makes sense from a financial standpoint nor from a customer service perspective.

Meat portions here always suck. Every other chipotle gives a heaping spoonful. This one, about half portions. I feel like the franchise owner is cheap because it’s always someone different, but same sucky amount of meat.

This Staff needs to work on customer service skills. Bad Attitudes and frowns, they need some training. There’s a black young lady that takes orders and she frowns at black men, but gets cheerful whenever a Female comes up.

I eat chipotle 3-4 times a week at different locations throughout Georgia. This location is top 3 when it comes to cleanliness and service overall. They got me through the line quick and did a great job. They seemed a bit stingy with the portions, but I wont take a star away for it. I noticed even the bathrooms were clean! Also, before we could get up, an employee offered to throw away our stuff and take our plate. Not many Chipotle locations doing that nowadays. Definitely will come back here again.

Service/attitude of staff was unfriendly. Also ordered 3 tacos. Barely any carnitas or cheese in tacos. Staff didn’t drain the carnitas and bottom of tacos shell fell apart. See attached pics. Very disappointed in Chipotle
