I am a regular at this location and this is my favorite Chipotle I have ever eaten at. The food is always great and so is the service, I especially love when I go in and the manager at the time is Lexie or Brayden. They’re always so helpful and getting to talk to them as I get my food always makes my day. The environment is always good and I always feel welcome. This location is really popular, so sometimes they run out of ingredients but that is usually when I go later, closer to close, so that is to be expected.

The o street location is a lot better. I ordered delivery twice in a row from them and my experience was bad. Second time they literally gave me half bowls when I ordered a steak bowl with extra chicken, only got couple pieces of chicken.

Chipotle as a business is corrupt. The regional manager, Tim, brags about how he makes people feel guilty (for how bad he fake-feels) when he fires them and purposely starts rumors. Tim explained he finds starting rumors amongst employees to be “fun.” Chipotle flies managers from around the country to a new location with the explicit plan to fire or force out all employees so they can hire all new and “train everyone the same.” That’s what happened at this location as told to me by management. Years after I had to quit due to the emotional abuse, I tried this location again. Tim chose to not assist when I pointed out that a torn up wooden chair ripped a hole in a special pair of $80+ pants. Tim said “that’s too bad” and then ignored me when I calmly brought up the issue. So this location specifically is a den for abusive personalities; that is why their food is awful and inconsistent.

This location is consistently, unbelievably, bad. For take out or delivery they forget chips the majority of the time. Several times now I’ve just gotten an entirely different order than what I paid for. The receipt is literally taped to the bag. What is going on here? Why do I keep ordering from here? This is on me at this point. Geez.

Ordered delivery got someone else’s food and it took a hour and 15 minutes because the restaurant was busy. I understand that but the wrong order ? No stickers on the Togo bag. Ordered chips salsa quac and a burrito bowl. Got someone else’s bowl a bag of chips and that’s it. No quac no salsa. That’s the least the could have done for giving me someone else’s order. I mean I Ordered a chicken bowl with beans salsa corn cheese and lettuce. I got a bowl with barbaccoa queso beans extra sour cream hot salsa and corn. Never will visit or use this location again.

This is all you get for $11. Why so little rice every time? Its the cheapest thing you guys sell. Every single Chipotle in Lincoln is like this. This bowl isn’t even half full. Probably going to start finding other places because Chipotles prices keep going up and the quantity of food keeps going down.

Great chipotle staff was awesome, Have a dairy allergy, they grabbed new spoon for quac and were careful not to get the shredded cheese that had been accidentally in the quac, much appreciated they did not act put out and cared the customer didn’t get sick. Great job guys.
