We were the only ones in there, there were 5 employees and they took a long time to acknowledge us when we wanted to order. They made my mom’s sandwich and forgot about mine until after we had already checked out and paid. They had to ask again what sandwich I ordered, then made it wrong (completely different sandwich). My sandwich was dry and had very little meat, too much bread.

Fantastic service and very clean! I went to this location a few weeks ago, but the excellent service has not left my mind. It’s great to know that there are people who still care about giving the customer a good experience in the fast casual dining space. On top of that, the food was fresh and tasted excellent! I love me some Jersey Mikes and I think that the Creve Couer location is a great example of how to take good care of a franchised restaurant. Keep up the good work!

50 minutes for 2 order ahead sandwiches. Employees yelling and cussing at eachother. Sandwiches were literally soaking wet with oil. Don’t recommend coming to this location. Almost 0 parking. Won’t be back.

Pleasant staff. 5 people on at 3pm, but it was charity day for the Special Olympics, which is why I stopped by. The hot cheesesteak sandwiches are so yummy. We got a steak and a chicken big kahuna regular sized sub. $21.00.
