I have no idea why this shop does not have a high Google rating. I have been here multiple times and have always been greeted with professionals. Sandwich is always spot on delicious. I’m am giving this trip to Togo’s a four on food. While the service was great, as usual, I was not impressed with the new French Dip sandwich. I never considered this sandwich as spicy. I’m not much of a spice girl, so when I took the first bite, I was quite surprised at the spice. I tried a bite without the dip. It was definitely the roast beef that wad spicy. I bought a 6″ and normally have no problem finishing that size sandwich. I only eat hslf. While the flavor was good, it just had too much after bite. I’ll save the rest for dinner.

Togo’s doesn’t even deserve one star I paid for 2 9in sandwiches and 3 brownies through Uber Eats. I received two brownies one way past any kind of expiration date and two 6-in sandwiches one was made completely wrong and missing half the ingredients and the other one I guess they spilled jalapeno juice and the bread was soaked, I basically threw $60 away ordering from Togo’s. Don’t waste your money there.

My visit here to this location was nice, the order coral /dining area was alittle messy because of there being a lot of orders and only 3 people working (2 on sandwiches 1 on register & DoorDash orders) which also means sanitation of the tables and chairs to sit down at were not clean for new people that were dining in. The sandwich that Rissa made me was delicious and was a perfect Lrg 24 Turkey and Avocado on Whole Oat & Wheat Bread Center Cut Yumm!

I have always enjoyed Togo’s hot pastrami. Tried the PrezelRami …two things I love: pretzel bun and pastrami came together. It met my expectations. Nothing mind blowing, but satisfying. Doesn’t look like the pics in the commercial!

A bit disappointed. The person who gave me my food was really nice and courteous. I ordered online and picked up in store. When I got home: 1 Sandwich was not toasted and had mustard on it when I requested no mustard, Another sandwich did not have the mayo added, the extra Italian dressing or wheat bread as requested. The salad and 3rd sandwich was fine, thankfully. Usually we do not have trouble with Togos and this was extra upsetting as the staff was not busy at all. They were not making any to go orders and only had one customer eating in the restaurant. Not sure why they did not follow the instructions on the order. Checked the receipt and all of the customizations were there. Just very disappointing.

Very dirty behind the counter, everything sitting out. Dry lettuce, pastrami wasn’t hot. Threw the sandwich away. Been eating Togo’s for a long time, First #9 I didn’t like.

I love Togo’s. The restaurant was fine but the server who made my sandwich was new. I understand he would not be ad quick as others but he wasn’t the type who will learn quickly. The lady manager was good. If she was making my sandwich, I would haven given 5 stars.
