Enjoyed CEC today with my 2 young grandchildren. What a clean location (and I have been to quite a few) both the games, tables, restrooms and floors O witnessed being cleaned. The manager and staff were quite friendly and helpful. The highlight for our young kids was the CEC mascot coming out to take pictures. Not because there was a birthday party going on but just to mingle. Will definitely go back!!

I have not been at a chuck e cheese place in a while and I finally decided to go with the family. When we entered there was no one at the entrance. As we continued to walk towards the registers we realized we didn’t see any employees. We waited by the registers almost 10 mins asking for someone to come and assist us. I wanted to leave but I saw my kids face and waited until we were helped. The food also took about 20 mins when there wasn’t much people there and when two families came after us, they received their food before us. All we order was 1 large pizza. To top it off, almost all the game weren’t working and we were stuck playing the same 5 games. Lastly, when we went to get the prizes we also had to wait another 10 mins for someone to assist us.

I took my grandson’s to chuck E Cheese so they could play the games, they had a good time although a few of the games where not working. Staff where friendly, relatively clean, exceptfor the restrooms.

10/10 on the entire day! Julio kept us right on schedule and was friendly and professional with all of our friends. The Manager was very attentive and made sure we were having the best time. All of the kids enjoyed the pizza, Dippin dots, and cake. And all the adults enjoyed the safe family environment! Most excellent service all around!

Anthony Is so nice. He made our experience so welcoming. Unfortunately I was a witness to his boss mistreating him and it made me so sad 🙁 but I encouraged myself to give him recognition. He is worthy of a management position. Please know you will be treated with the upmost and highest courtesy when he is working!

I’ve been coming to this Chuck cheese for years. Tonights service was extremely disappointing. They had a big party so when an hour went by and still no pizza I wanted to me sure we weren’t forgotten. The employee apologized went to check on my pizza said it’d be 5 mins. I let another 15 minutes pass by before asking again and once again they apologized said it’d be 10 more minutes. 30 minutes later still no pizza and very hungry kids. I went to ask for a refund and the manager was so indifferent. I didn’t even get an apology. Very disappointing especially after waiting 2 hours for our pizza. I was as patient as can be and they just didn’t seem to care or gave any sense of urgency to get our food out to us.
