I called in a pickup order for 2 slices of pizza with extra cheese and mushrooms. I opened the box and asked is this extra cheese, the cashier a tall blonde young man responded in a condescending and sarcastic manner saying yes. I left dissatisfied. The service and food is usually good, but this experience was unlike any other visit with this restaurant. I’m leaving a bad review mainly because of the bad customer service, I can get over not getting extra cheese- but sarcasm after getting my order wrong. I didn’t like arguing, I shouldn’t have to. I placed a delivery order and this is what arrived.contacted the store they couldn’t issue me a refund or even some sort of compensation really disappointed in this place especially since it’s not the first time it has happen for their prices they should really be aware of what’s coming out their kitchen,it was if I bit into a piece of charcoal.

Why would you serve BURNT bread when I broke bread with your business furthermore, the portions aren’t the same but the prices are. I ordered the garlic Parmesan and got a chicken breast cut in half.

We’ve ordered pizza from here before and it was descent. Soooo.. we tried it again… not so good! The wings are the WORST! My pizza- I pulled top off and me and my hubby ate it! Did you see my friend’s pizza- ! Didn’t even look done! We waited what felt like forever because they messed up our order but there was this lady there who was apologetic for the mishap! Anyhow- I know we won’t return.

Don’t order from here unless you want spend $50 on 2 BURNED COLD PIZZAS!!!! I’m so disappointed I’ve been a long customer of Vitos and today they delivered 2 burned cold pizzas. When I requested a refund they said no refunds and the owner refused to come to the phone. They offered to replace the pizza (delivery takes up 1 and 1/2 hours). I’m truly disappointed and I will no longer order from them.
