I really wanted to love this place. Four of my co-workers recommended it. I really liked the customer service, and the prices can’t be beat but I had to throw the food out. The chicken was slimy…like to the point it made me gag. The chow mein was not cooked properly and some of it was hard. I’m not sure how someone can mess up steamed rice but it tasted like it was cooked in a dirty pot, same with the fried rice. The beef was chewy and more gristle then meat. I saw on the door that they have a help wanted sign for a cook, so that might explain it. Unfortunately, I can not recommend this place at this time.

Such a delicious and fun dining adventure. The staff are all fun, friendly and helpful. I tried a couple of new dishes tonight and they were all yummy! The curry rice is a must, as well as the pork with Peking sauce!

We’re vegetarian and this restaurant is perfect for us! We got Kung-Pao tofu and eggplants (宮保豆腐，魚香茄子）and they tasted super delicious and very authentic! We were pleasantly surprised to find such a great restaurant during our road trip in COVID time.

Having read another review mentioning how good the Peking Duck was, my brother and I went to dinner at Jade Garden on the eve of Black Friday to try it for ourselves. Can’t say enough good things about this dish! The duck was so unbelievably tender, while the skin was the perfect crispiness and such delicious flavor ! The steamed buns were folded to create a kind of ‘taco-like’ holder for the duck; those buns were light, soft, steaming hot and fresh. Hoisin sauce and green scallions added the finishing touch – such lovely balance of mild & unique flavors. I asked for a side of steamed rice but really didn’t need it after-all. This dinner was definitely intended for more than two people; easily would feed four, and we took home lots of leftovers. Such nice staff and the owners truly seem to care about their customers being satisfied with their food. Highly recommend the Peking Duck based on this experience! Note: they did mention that we might want to call the day before if we’re planning on having this specialty dish again, to ensure it will be ready, as it takes quite some time to prepare! Don’t miss out on trying this one! A++

I’m a San Francisco native that transplanted to Klamath Falls 2 years ago. Since living in Klamath and trying Chinese restaurants that others rave about here, they are not worth spending your hard earned money. Until today, when I tried Jade Garden’s food to-go. The food was so fresh and authentic. I always order basic when trying new restaurants, because if their basic dishes are delicious then so are the most expensive. I ordered the house chow fun (dry), and pot stickers. The taste of the chow fun noodles are melt in your mouth! The pot stickers literally burst and melt in your mouth with all the meaty flavors, with a soft and yet crisp texture! Not hard, tough, flavorless, or tasting like it was 2 days old being fluffed up to reserve as fresh. Not to mention the yummy pot sticker house sauce. What I had left over in sauce I poured on my chow fun! This restaurant reminds me of some of the many delicious Chinese restaurants I would frequent in San Francisco and Sacramento. I can’t wait to actually eat in the restaurant! Thank you to the owner who is also from San Francisco and chef who is from Sacramento for cooking up such yummy food. I will be a regular if the food continues to taste this delicious!!

I got General Chicken to go. The flavor is better than the other local Chinese restaurants but the quality of chicken is terrible. Very little white meat and you have to chew for a very long time to break it down.

This is one of the best Chinese restaurants in Klamath Falls. I went here twice. The time I went here was because of going into the Airforce. The chickens dishes are amazing. I would hope it’s still open when I visit.
