This place is ridiculous. They hardly put any meat on the sandwiches. They give you the smallest amount of chili for $5. May as well not bother. Not to mention they younger kids are impossible to try and communicate with. How hard is it to understand the difference between a bowl and a cup of chili!? Then sit there and look at me dumb founded instead of giving me what I ordered. I guess at least it taste okay. Overall not worth it. Also they waited till we paid for our fountain drink before they told us the machine is broken. I feel like it shouldn’t be that hard to tell somebody that either!!!! But at least they got my money.

Good taste ok but portions are a joke 8 inch sandwich was served on a large hot dog bun.$13. Tiny cup of chili maybe 5 spoonfuls $5.50 and they don’t even give you crackers. Prices are high but not that high

First time here. Stopped it for lunch to-go today. There was no line. The cashier was nice and walked me through my order. The sub came out fast and right. I took it back to work. The italian sub was large. I didn’t realize they would toast it and melt the cheese. I prefer cold subs. The sub was still very tasty. Next time, I will make sure to have them not heat or toast my sub. Overall it was a very enjoyable meal.

This restaurant is so delicious! I get the 4″ Philly Swiss and mushrooms and a bag of chips and its the perfect amount of food. The sandwich is so fresh and it’s the best sub I’ve ever had! The staff are so nice and it’s very clean…the bathroom is very clean and smelled pleasant as well.

My first experience at Firehouse Subs. Very friendly. We were greeted as we entered. I was impressed by the cleanliness. The service was friendly and fast. We ordered the steak and cheese sub combos and they were delicious. I love the warm soft buns!

My wife had to contact corporate after a terrible experience with this location. My simple order of one sandwich was made incorrectly and when calling the store the person on the line claimed they took the order themselves and it was made correctly. I had to have my wife call back because I did not make the order. The user said the same thing to her and refused to do anything about it. She claimed to be the manager but I can’t image that is true or the place would be out of business. I am sure this will be made right by corporate, but its a shame to never want to pick up from this convenient location again.
