This place has the best brisket! They are literally the kings of brisket. I’m from Cincinnati and our brisket doesn’t taste anything like this! And the whiskey barbeque sauce is delicious! Mac and cheese was so creamy and delicious too! Never tasted anything like that before!

Endearing classic home with some seriously tender and juicy bbq. Chicken, sausage, brisket, pulled pork, and ribs are all amazing. Mac n Cheese is seriously creamy, Spicy Brisket Chili is meaty and super filling. Collard Greens is super yummy. Alligator Sweet Whisky Shot (bbq sauce) is where its at!

Knew it was going to be a good brisket when she took the whole piece out of the warmer and it was soft like a pillow, and it was indeed the most amazing BBQ we had in Columbus. We went to a couple of BBQ places in town when we travelled here and this and Ray Ray’s were by far miles ahead from other places.

Nicely done and juicy meats located in a charming old house. The staff were pretty helpful with helping us understanding some menu questions. We had the brisket, pulled pork, chicken drummies, and the sausage. I think the brisket was the standout – it had a nice crisp outside with a tender and juicy center. All of the meats were good, though.

I ordered a slab of ribs, brisket, chicken legs and several sides. I was so disappointed in the food. My ribs had so much fat on them it was frustrating trying to actually get to the meat. My family described the ribs as “ disgusting.” The brisket was tasty but I only received small end slices also frustrating. Everything else was okay. I’ve been to this restaurant a few months back. The food quality was excellent then. I won’t be returning but hope things turn around for the restaurant with good quality food again.

Although they ran out of ribs by 4:30,this place did not disappoint! The brisket was tender,juicy and busting with flavor! The sides complemented the meat nicely. The guys behind the counter were able to take a ribbing….no pun intended 10 out of 10!

Food was delicious, BBQ on par with Texas and Kasnas for sure. Anyone stating the prices are too much for the servings are just flat broke and should stay at home and cook for themselves. You pay for what you get and it’s a hell of a lot of flavor. Highly recommend if you’re looking for southern flavor in a northern state!
