If there was a zero, I would have given it to this store. My husband ordered for 2 spicy chicken wrap and the manager Kelly messed it up, he gave us the regular chicken wrap. We checked the order from home and realised that it was the regular chicken wrap. I called up KFC and spoke to the Manager Kely and he asks me to get the regular wrap back to the store. I can understand if he asks us for the reciept but asking to get the wrap back to the store is unbelievable! Very rude and no customer service!

Disgusting. Place looked gross the moment I walked in but I was hungry and decided to still give it a try. My chicken wasn’t even edible. Crispy coating but the actual chicken was dark brown and hard like plastic . They must be using old chicken with frost bite. Absolutely gross . I wish I could give it 0 stars. This place needs to be inspected and shut down
