I’ve only been here twice, but I’ve had poor experiences both times. Wrong orders both times and most recently when they got the replacement out, the hashbrowns were undercooked because they rushed them. I didn’t even mention it because it wasn’t worth it. Also, I had to get my waffle to go because they forgot it. Server told me they “had to make a new one for me” but the place was not packed and they cook right in front of us so I literally can see that no one made one!?! Should have driven a bit farther for another Waffle House but wanted to give a second chance after first time.

They were slammed and out of sweet tea and low on dishes. The waitress let us know that as soon as we sat down. We decided that it wasn’t a deal breaker at 1am and ordered. Our food got to the table a whole lot faster than we thought it would and turned out to be cooked perfect. No kidding it was just the way we ordered and cooked perfect. I’ll definitely ride out of my way next time it’s a late night and eat there again

Bacon and hash browns were super undercooked, but the waffle was so overcooked that it was as soft as the bottom of a shoe. We asked for tomatoes instead of hash browns and they gave 1/4 of a slice of a tomato. Rude service as well. Will not be going back.

Horrendous. The service was absolutely terrible. Not once was my drink refilled. I ordered a hamburger with chili on it. They took this literally, as they just poured a scoop of chili over the hamburger, and then had the NERVE to tell me that’s how it’s made. When I asked for the onions on the hamburger to be left off she said “there’s onions in the chili.” I know that. There are onions on the hamburger, too. I don’t want those. She looked at me like I had three heads, and then gave me a hamburger with onions. Avoid this place at all costs!
