This felt like a typical downtown diner experience and it was great. Went here for a late morning breakfast and it didn’t disappoint with the blintzes and waffles. I did wish more of the breakfast items came with sides, but it was still tasty what we got.

Food is so-so if you can even get what you actually ordered. I ordered food with instructions on the order that I have a severe food allergy…they ignored my instructions and I had to go to the hospital for treatment! Not only did they poison me, but I ordered extra eggs, got less eggs than the meal usually comes with, and got charged for the extra eggs THEN when I called to complain, the owner’s son blamed it on me saying that I didn’t order what I did, and that the manager was unavailable to talk with me. Luckily, I had the order saved on the delivery app so I could tell the owner when he finally did get back to me. He offered to credit me for the extra eggs that I didn’t get… what a joke! Save your money and a big headache and go somewhere else!

My family and I experienced this welcoming, friendly atmosphere that has a nice selection of food tonight. The food was made to perfection and left me with a couple meals worth of leftovers and looking forward to coming back! The Pratrone Burrito is huge! They offer a punch card so you can earn a future discount too! This place is definitely worth your try! The staff is very attentive, helpful, and kind. I can’t say enough! The owner brought out a couple cups of soup and some extra homemade bread for my children (who are picky eaters but gobbled this up) to eat at no charge to us while we waited for our food to be prepared. Such a generous kind gesture!!! Believe me you wont be disappointed when you eat here!

I’m a delivery driver and have picked up from here multiple times and the order is never ready, they always say 5 mins and usually takes 15-20 minutes later it will be ready, very unprofessional… not only affecting my delivery times and affecting the customer receiving it but also my tips and ability to pick up another order sooner… it’s been with more then one delivery service as well so it’s not them…

I called ahead and had to wait an hour for my food. I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. They had no name for the order and made me sit inside the restaurant for another 20 minutes…and the food wasn’t worth the price. They didn’t seem to know how to price my food and that gave me anxiety. Are they overcharging? They only gave me $20 worth of food and I spent $35? How? Please avoid this place. And they have someone hanging out in the place?
