Beware very slow and late delivery and pizza brought cold. I called manager to share late delivery and ask about why order so late and he blamed it on 1 driver then hung up on us. Very rude and unprofessional. Papa Johns you would think would be better then this poor customer service.

I usually don’t write reviews but after my experience in South Boston Papa John’s on 11-26-22 while visiting from out state I feel compelled to write one. I only gave one star because giving zero Stars was not an option .while waiting for my food to be made I observe not only the manager but a staff member going from handling money to making food without washing their hands when I asked the manager to please change his gloves and wash his hands he refused to do so I ask for my money back he was rude disrespectful and extremely aggressive. only after letting him know if he continue on I will be contacting the police department he gave me my money back but not in my hand like it was given but thrown on the counter I would never go to South Boston Papa John’s again

Pizza quality is poor to fair at best. Delivery times are good. Price isn’t worth the product when it comes to delivery. Credit card system is often down, which makes ordering online a pain.

Pizza order was easy and food was great.. requested napkins and paper plates with my 4 pizzas and when they arrived nothing.. that is why they only got a 4 from me.. I had to send someone out to get napkins and paper plates. Food was cold by the time we ate due to this.

I don’t take the time to do a review often because there are not many places that really impress me. Papa Johns in SoBo VA is great. Their pizza is always good and fresh and hot. They have only made one mistake on an order of mine in the last 6 years and was VERY quick to make it right. Above all, their customer service is top notch , which becomes increasingly important to me the older I get. Thank you Papa Johns for locally 6 years of pleasant business, and I look forward to many more. Keep up the great work.

Delivered to my house and now won’t. I tipped the delivery driver very well and now apparently I’m out of their delivery area. The store manager told me I have to spend $75 to get delivery to my house, as the owner told me it might have to do with corporate. So not sure which one is right . Until I get an answer they won’t get any more of my business.
