I ordered food from the app and I got there to pick it up no one said hello and it wasn’t ready. I asked and was told the chicken is frozen so we can’t do the order you have to call (800) kfc. I told her that’s not enough numbers and she said that’s what my manager told me I googled it and called waited for 20 minutes to get a refund was never told sorry or compensated

Placed an online order to be picked up at 10:45 am only to be told in a rude voice by an employee that they weren’t open yet! Granted that I had driven 32 miles one way to get there because this is the closest store to my hometown. After I asked why she informed me that the cook was late and didn’t have a ride to work this morning and they were still closed and led me back to the door and locked it behind me. This is very bad business for KFC. I had to call Corporate to cancel my online order and have to wait 72 hours before I’m refunded my money. Since the Pandemic these young folks don’t want to work and follow the rules they think they can do whatever they want to and don’t have to face any discipline. Why do we continue to shop, eat or do business with these terrible stores and rude personel?

Is this how you treat your valued customers KfC? I was displeased with the wings. Took one bite and did not touch the rest. The manager (over the phone, while I’m at the store) refused my refund. Didn’t offer to remake. Is that why this lobby and drive thru was completely empty?

I normally don’t like to leave by reviews but this is repeated behavior. Every time I go to KFC they don’t never have 2 things that match.. A few times I have came and they said they were out of chicken…. I went tonight to get a chicken pot pie and she said they were sold out then I asked for 2 wings.. and they didn’t have that either… Do better KFC

Went at 9:20 PM to get food,working here from out of town. When I pulled to the drive through the lights where off , pulled up to the window and some chubby lady with glasses said they where closed . Lazy people if you don’t want to work your hours get a different shift.

Worst experience. Went through the drive through and the girl on the speaker had a really bad attitude, told us nothing on the menu was available for at least 45 minutes and then flipped us off as we drove off because we didn’t want to wait. So disappointing.
