Very good Italian food. Our waitress was awesome and took good care of us. Portions are large.

Family owned Italian spot in a good location near shopping area. Ask for the Alfredo with Salmon, not officially on the menu but they can make it for you only $21.95. My appetizer was great but I wouldn’t recommend for groups two or less , you get complimentary bread so I ended up eating double bread. Great service and will try again.

Loved it! We usually order delivery. But we quickly found out it was so much better in person. Not a big fan of the breads nor the Italian wedding soup. We had the shrimp scampi and the spinach tortellini. I can say that the spinach tortellini was DIVINE!! The creamy sauce was a total delight. For dessert, we had a delicious tiramisu.. The service was warm and welcoming. It was a comfortable place to eat

This little place in Maumelle was the place I met two others that wanted Italian food. The restaurant is small but very cozy. A great place to meet for an intimate dinner or for a family meal. The calamari appetizer was crispy and not chewy at all the marinara sauce was flavorful. I had shrimp carbonara and the other folks had two pasta dishes. Both they said were vary good. I added sausages as an app and they were flavorful but not plentiful. The sauce they came in was very complimentary to the sausages.

Don’t let the outside fool you. The food is absolutely amazing, and the staff is friendly. We had a group of 16 for lunch ranging from 6 years to 50 and everyone left satisfied and happy. The Italian margarita is the best! Get the limoncello cake! Super moist, not too sweet, and perfect lemon taste. Oh, the pesto… you must try it. We will be back to try the rest of the menu!

I’ve ordered pickup twice from here and was disappointed both times. The first time, the order was incomplete. Decided to give them another chance today, but I was once again given an incomplete order, missing our soup and salad!!! The food was okay (the ceasar salad was mid tho), but it’s ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS spending $85 for a two-person take out meal and not even given everything paid for. Yeah……will not be coming back.

Milano’s should surprise you. The location, the facade, the interior are relatively simple and not awe inspiring. But the flavors and the service are anything but sub-par. Ben (our server) was absolutely charming and the food was equally so. The menu of flavors transverses a satisfying topography of rich, sweet, spicy, hearty, and always filling. While this restaurant doesn’t quite fit the bill for “Arkansas’s absolutely must eats” (a small and hotly debated list to be sure) it most certainly hits the “absolutely must try”.

The atmosphere is nice and the servers are great but the food is overrated and pricey. I was shocked to see so many good reviews for food! The salad dressing was bottled (and not even a premium brand like Ken’s), the sauce was bland, and the Alfredo needed more butter and Parmesan. The rolls and cheese bread were good. My chicken Murphy was rubbery and tough. I was really disappointed.

The food is good, well flavored and it’s decently priced. There are many options including non-pasta items. Service was great everytime I went. Atmosphere is a little generic but nice. Place is always clean. Seating is close but quaint.

The food was terrific. The baked Tuscany was so delicious. The venue was like a tucked away corner of a street in Italy on the inside (though it could be driven by without a glance on the outside). The only negative was our waiter was not as knowledgeable about the menu as he needed to be. My mother asked if the Red Snapper was battered and fried or grilled (she wanted grilled) the waiter said it was grilled but it turned out to be battered and Fried. He was also mistaken about one of the appetizers that came out more spicy than my mom could tolerate. On that point, the sausage app was delicious but spicy! lol
