As far as pizza and sides goes the food was good. We enjoyed our day exploring the volcanic landscapes nearby, such as Mammoth Cave, Miller Knoll and the Black Rock Valley, Hancock Peak lavas, and also a scenic stop at Cedar Breaks. Stopping here for dinner was enough of a memory that we’d be back again.

It took a long time to get our food! Pizza was alright, but the Mac and cheese was really good. There wasn’t anything to exciting about the atmosphere, but was kind of fun to picnic outside. There was a random tortoise in the back that was fun for my kids, which made the long wait a little more bearable.

We asked to be seated at a table vs a booth. The waiter didn’t want to split up a set of multiple. Finally a waiter took our order. Then the waiter that sat us walked by and said have fun with a smirk and laughed. Several tables that came in after us were served. We walked out right before our food due to the attitude of the staff.

I have zero idea how this place has the reviews it has. The old woman “I assume the owner” has been so rude over the last two years it’s honestly impressive. Clearly the woman hates tourists and doesn’t want business. Kept going back as I figured she maybe had a bad day here or there but if you like decent food and being treated like a problem this is the place for you.
