This location is pretty consistent with their food quality and preparation. And I’m talking about the sausage, egg and cheese bagel – it’s the only thing I get. Some other locations in Fort Lauderdale vary wildly from well prepared to “we didn’t care”. The other thing about this place is the drive-thru service is always fast and very friendly. I usually go thru just after 6am though.

I placed an order at 6:55pm on the mobile app. When I reached the drive thru before 7pm. I was told they have no donuts and the machines are being cleaned. Now I have to fight with Dunkin online to get a refund. Why are the machines being cleaned 2 hours before closing time????

I have been going to this location for years and most of the times have had a great experience. The new cashier at the drive-thru window in the morning needs to slow down a little, listen and take orders correctly. This is not the first time I have noticed this rush attitude like she is trying to meet quota then providing great customer service.

this location is the worst, this is the 3rd time they have messed up my order. I don’t like coming to them because they be playing around, they get rude, and they never answer the phone when you have to call and tell them they mess up. I will travel out my way just to not go to them, plus they are higher than the other dunkin donuts. I asked for a bacon and egg no cheese croissant, they gave me a bacon and egg no cheese on a plain bagel. the receipt said croissant and the bag says croissant. This place is truly sad, and need to get it together. I will stick with the regular dunkin i use.

The customer service of the afternoon staff is horrible, I waited in line to place an order for 30 mins then another wait to get my food, the staff seriously needs additional training and the managers seem to hire any random person that walks in and applies for a job, these folks always get your orders incorrect or gives you another persons order. I use to utilized the app. But Dunking has changed the app, made it more difficult, time consuming and increase what you must spend to get rewarded. The positive, I now make my own breakfast, Iced Macha or coffee at home. Saving money and time wasted in drive thru. Thanks for the motivation
