We ordered a 5 krystal combo with chili cheese fries. The krystals were old. You could tell they had been sitting on the grill for quite some time as the buns were soggy. The meat was dried out. The chili cheese fries were only half full and someone got a little crazy with the shredded cheese. You couldn’t even see the fries. The quality of food for the price has gone drastically downhill. The price for a combo with two chicks, a small fry and a drink is $8.99.

I ordered a double big burger among a couple other things and they asked me to pull to the side and wait. After waiting for 5 minutes in the sun I got my food and drove home only to find a rock hard double burger then I tried to call and they don’t give an option to talk to a person. I recommend this place to no one and I’ll never go back.

Lobby wasn’t clean trash on floor and tables,I had to wipe my on table before I sit to eat. Chairs in lobby is rusting . Part of the window on the left of the door tint is turn off leaving upper to down on the tint left behind. Mirrors on walls hasn’t been clean. Open pitchers of tea is left in the open behind register with no lids and employees is smoking at the door of restaurant soon as the door open smoke is drawn in to the lobby.

Order my food thru drive thru when I pulled up they asked me about my order they didn’t know my order told them my order 12 cheese Krystal 2 chili pups. When I got home the pups didn’t taste to good like eating sour dogs plus chili was like no beans just juice. So I think they need to be more professional about there job.
