The place was filthy. Counters with spilled coffee not wiped up,etc. Very few donuts and no bagels. Papers hanging out of donut racks and some help with hair restraints. Sandwich was not hot, cheese not melted. Use ti be my favorite hgo to place for coffee and breakfast. Guess not now.

Good service and the coffee was awesome but my bacon was almost uncooked and EXTREMELY greasy. This is one of the worst sandwiches I’ve ever gotten from Dunkin’ and I’ve been to Allegheny Ave Dunkin’… other than that it was great

I had my roommate pick me up a breakfast sandwich and an order of hashbrowns the other day. He gets back and instead of 6 hashbrowns, there are only 3. I called and spoke to a woman claiming to be the assistant manager. She told me that she would give me a couple of orders of hashbrowns for free, the next time I came in and to just mention that I spoke with the assistant manager. I went this morning and when I ordered hashbrowns and spoke about what had happened, I was told that they knew nothing about it and that they have many assistant managers. I was charged for my hashbrowns this morning. The staff was rude when I showed a picture as proof and inadvertently called me a liar. DD you’ve lost my business!!!
