I come here frequently and had my pizza actually get stuck on the pan it comes in 5 times. This time it was really bad, I actually shook it and the pizza stayed in place. I ended up scraping the toppings into a bowl to eat it. I suppose it was great since I’m cutting back on bread but that’s not the point. The food is great and tastes fresh but I’m sick of my pizza getting stuck on this cardboard pan thing. No it’s not my oven. And yes I do know how to cook. It’s not me it’s you Papa Murphy’s.

I’m only giving them 2 stars because the older lady who is there through the day is awesome her customer service is so superb. I do understand that ppl have long days but this store is horrible with the customer service from the eye rolling to not being able to answer any questions you have Papa Murphy’s is nice and convenient but when you have someone standing there rolling there eyes because they don’t want to be at work is a problem I spend over $60 every visit just to be looked at as if I was trash. The store is nice and clean but the employees need to be trained all over. They don’t greet when you enter they walk to the register and just stand there I have no clue if they are ready to take my order or not. Do better your store is great but nasty customer service loses business!

So.. this place ROCKS!! They close at 8:00 p.m. my husband and I got there just in time at 7:55 p.m. they weren’t locked and when I went in they were curious and professional!! They took my order and made the 2 pizzas I requested. I apologized for getting there so late..the gents that took my order and made my pizzas were quick, accurate, efficient and pro’s!! I was out the door with my pizzas in hand at 8:01 p.m.!! I would HIGHLY recommend this Papa Murphy’s! I love there pizzas and their service is OUTSTANDING!!

I absolutely love the sides they have to offer!! The cookies, cheese bread and delicious salads are totally worth adding to your order. So many different styles and flavors of pizza to choose from. Yummy to my tummy And talk about fresh!! My advice – Try it All Oh and that manager is pretty cool too………..Side note: You cook it all yourself (at home). That’s important to know!
