I have a soft spot for Pizza Hut as it has been around this area for as far back as I can remember. This particular location actually has a dine-in option as well. Always great pizza as far as large chain pizza restaurants are concerned anyway. It would be 5 stars too but I can’t get past this new practice they have embedded into every sale, whether it’s a pick-up, delivery, or dine-in, when you use a card, a screen pops up asking how much you would like to tip. And sure, when it comes to a delivery, I’m all for a good tip in exchange for good service, always have been. But asking for a tip for a pick-up order? AND it defaults to 20%? I feel like this is a bit excessive and I have no problem putting a zero on the tip line.

I used to love this location, but it seems lately they won’t put any extra toppings on their pizza when you pay for it. 3 times in a row. And it’s always looking rough, and super soggy. Gonna have to go with dominoes from now on. Both of these are our last 2 “extras”.

Ordering was easy, unfortunately it was 30 minutes later then they said it would be, it was cold and they put min grated cheese containers in with the pizza which after they sit on the counter and are handled by many people before even reaching the counter meant it wasn’t the most appetizing thing to deal with. For one pizza and one bread costing 50$ you hope it’s on time, warm at least and not contaminated but no such luck at this location.

Received order cold due to vehicle break down. Paid over $50.00 dollars for meal. Should have remade and shipped hot. Not wait for meal to return to store and ship out the cold food.

Bonney Lake Pizza Hut – by Kohls. My order was ready on time and piping hot. This was my first time using this Pizza Hut, but we always ordered from Pizza Hut in our old town and they never were more than luke warm when I got home. These were GREAT!
