First time eating here and it was bad. No soy sauce. Rice has no flavor. Teriyaki chicken takes like regular chicken. Mom and pop Chinese food is always better. Fortune cookie sucked too.

I was a former employee here for about 2 weeks & it was the worst training I have ever received by Maria & Chris the new manager who not only lies but will give you zero shifts with no communication. The Area Manager Deisy is obviously NOT doing her job, i spoke to her about the issues & she never resolved anything. Panda needs to do a better job at who they decide to represent the Restaurant because they are doing a Horrible job at it. A Heavy Set older lady by the name of Alejandra who is a “Shift Leader” needs to be trained on how to act in front of customers & the way she speaks to other employees. In the back of their panda shirts it says “ Make happy those who are near & those who are far will come “ but they can’t even make their own employees happy, I spoke to many of the employees and they all had something negative to say about the company.

There is no option for a zero star! Anyway, the rice is just hard. It is not fully cooked! I asked for that 1 entree meal and if slime I asked for a kids meal! I can get more and better food at McDonald’s than here. Plus!, The place smells like a dirty bathroom! It’s like they mopped the floor with dirty water! Just saying! Clean it right and fully cook your rice!
