Left my delivery on my porch with no knock or call/text, so I just found it. They forgot items for my delivery order, then just wanted to credit them off instead of bring them out… And also didn’t cut sandwiches or give napkins.

I live down the road from this Jimmy John’s, and for the second time it took over an hour for delivery to arrive. I would not recommend ever ordering delivery from this particular Jimmy John’s, you’re better off using doordash or another app to get your food delivered from here.

My husband and I stopped in to place a catering order for our daughters birthday. There were 3 employee’s on shift, all were super friendly and helpful. We also ordered sandwiches to eat there and they were made very prompt and neat. It was a nice experience.

Very disappointed with my service this evening. Ordered a country club with no tomato and received a tuna salad sandwich. I called the store immediately and the woman i spoke with said she would get the correct sandwich made and delivered. It has now been an hour since then and still no sandwich.

I love Jimmy John’s. This location always delivers quickly, but thus far my order has never been correct (I’ve ordered about 4 times since moving near this location a couple months ago). Anytime I’ve ordered online, my sandwich comes plain, despite me adding freebies like mustard, onions, etc. My order reads correctly online and on my receipt, but my sandwiches have been plain every time. I don’t think they pay much attention to detail.
