Literally every time we order pizza from this Casey’s they screw up the delivery. It’s happened the last three times we have ordered. Pizza was supposed to be delivered BY 6:15. I called at 6:32 to check on the delivery. The rude cashier told me that my pizza was ready they were just waiting on the delivery guy to get back to deliver. I asked how long that would be and he said he is guessing 10 minutes. The cashier then argued with me that our house is right next to them. I had to explain that we are not right next to them and at least 8 minutes away. The rude cashier started to get smart about it. I told him we needed to cancel because the pizza was already 15 minutes late and he was saying at least another 15-20. The cashier stated “ma’am just so you know your pizza was to be delivered at 6:18 not 6:15. I said ok so it’s 15 minutes late not 18. I cant believe what low service this place has. Obviously do not care about their jobs or their customers.
