I live 6 minutes from this location but from the time I placed the order to the time it was delivered, it took 1 hour and 40 minutes. The pizza arrived COLD the bread sticks were ROCK hard and the chicken was not fresh at all. It seemed as if I paid for food that was made in the morning and delivered at 9:30pm. The delivery driver left my food outside on the ground even though I specifically asked that it be handed to me! No call, text and no tracker. This was the WORST pizza experience ever! I will never eat from here again!

Simply inexcusable. Forgot our bread sticks, exploded cheese all over our stuffed crust, stale/moldy dough…need I go on? My wife and I have been Hut nostalgists our whole lives and ordered from this location many of times. To not return phone calls about the mishap just grinds my gears. Never will I order from here again.

Rough. Anyone or anything could out pizza this hut. Photo was taken minutes after delivery. Toppings floating away in pools. I abandoned hope in Pizza Hut years ago, gave it another shot last night, big mistake. Never again.

Pizza was disgusting. When little kids won’t even eat it , it’s bad…. 30.00 (tip included) for a bad tasting small pizza, some dried out bread sticks, an some cinnamon sticks. That were the only decent thing out it all. Next time just order from even odds in Grafton, or little Caesers

Pizza Hut used to be good years ago after the virus they went down the tubes very bad half of them are not open d can’t get help no tablecloth they don’t have a buffet bar anymore it’s just horrible the only one we go to his oconomowoc Wisconsin at least they’re open.

I wish I would have gotten the guys name but I had some amazing service this evening the app was sending me in a loop and not allowing me to order the guy that answered hooked me up with a coupon he had at the store and our pizza was ready in no time he also was great explaining my card wouldn’t be charged even if shows for the online order that failed. Great service is key give the guy that helped the glitchy app lady a raise.

The quality of the pizzas has gone down terribly! I can understand reducing the menu options, but the crust had a stale oil taste, and was hard, not really crispy, more hard/tough. Very disappointing from Pizza Hut. I’ve been a forever customer so I’ll try again, however it seems the menu changes and quality control are for the worse. The pizza was hot and ready as promised, the employees were friendly, but the pizza tasted bad.
