Sushi Bachi is a cozy, fun, and friendly atmosphere where friends and families can come for some great Japanese comfort food. Sushi is a Japanese dish of prepared vinegared rice. We use vinegared rice to make the classic and our own Signature rolls. Each roll is made to order and is always fresh. Hibachi means “fire Bowl”. Hibachi dish is served with fried or steamed rice, a bed of sauteed vegetables topped with your choice of Certified Angus Beef, shrimp, or chicken. Removing the “show” but keeping the integrity and proper cooking techniques, we are able to “speed up” the cooking process, ultimately lowering the cost. I thoroughly enjoy dining at this establishment; it truly is a local gem. The menu offers a delightful array of sushi classics and a variety of other dishes. The Zashiki seating, if I recall the term correctly, adds an extra layer of enjoyment to the experience. Our young children absolutely adore it, making for a fun family outing. Highly recommended!

Love this place! There is one in McKinney that I used to go to often. Super happy they opened a location in Carrollton. The place is always so clean and service is fast. Their BYOB policy is also a nice little bonus.

I am not a big sushi person and I am very picky. But the sushi here is amazing and the dishes are great as well. I have not got one thing I did not like. The workers are very friendly and inviting. The kitchen is open for all to see so you can be sure this is a clean environment. This is my sushi spot.
