Very unprofessional, laughing and joking while I was trying to order my food. And then got the order wrong because of not listening.

first time dining at ‘ and it was pretty up to par as far as sandwich shops go. I ordered the regular Chipotle chicken submarine sandwich with a root beer . Didn’t take long to cook and I was seated in a very clean dining area. Good eats ✅

I’ve been going to the Jersey Mike’s for 2 years. I’ve always loved that place. There was a general manager there who was like 6 ft to wonderful smile balled guy. Nicest personality always made you want to spend your money there. Within the last two days I’ve done door dash and done app order. I’ve spent probably $45 to $50 total. Today I did a app order. I wanted to pick up my food. I was greeted by the nicest young man. Sweetest disposition. Couldn’t ask for more. Got home. I had an issue with my order. I called. I wanted to speak to the manager. The young man that answer the phone told me his name. I told him my name then he gave the phone to a man child. I asked him with whom am I speaking with because I said who I was because I like to know who I’m speaking with. He proceeded to be rude and pompous and say to me I’m the manager and I said but again identify myself and told you who I was. I would like to know who I’m speaking to. He then proceeded and to be rude and speak toe in a pontificating manner. And the sad thing is even though I was going to tell him the issue with my sandwich, I also was going to complement him on his night shift staff because they do such an excellent job in food preparation and presentation. I’m a retired chef but since he chose to be a man child and to think that he disrespect a pain customer in this recession when everybody’s money is important and percent himself like he is something special and that he is not here to cater to the needs of the consumer. I decided as I told him that I will call corporate and leave a voicemail with Peter Cancro in addition to franchise customer relations which is what I did. I’m happy to say that the manager reached out to me personally. I know you had a conversation with that man, child of a manager and I will continue to spend my money at his business.

What a &ucking joke. Online orders get preference while people stand there in line waiting for someone to even acknowledge that you are there.
