I was in the mood for pizza and stopped in this restaurant. I called in my order and got the plain slices. When I arrived I parked in their lot. I walked in and told the lady my name. I then paid and left. When I dug in the pizza was ok. I definitely had to add pepper. All in all I had an ok experience!

The vibes here are immaculate. Small town, big vibes and energy. The outdoor bocce courts and tent for takeaway are awesome and the waitstaff is always willing to help. They served 13 guys in less than 15 minutes with no notice on a Saturday.

Would’ve been a full 5* if the red cut wasn’t just average. The hot sausage is amazing and the white pizza is so good. Such a great crunch on the crust. Loved this place.

Pizza trail brought us here. Everything was absolutely perfect and delicious! They make fresh cannolis on request, just ask, the sign says so! Gluten-free ravioli too!! The pictures don’t do it justice. We heated everything up when we got home and it smells just like when we picked it up. They have their own parking lot for “take aways”, which is on the corner. Small parking lot but its literally all you need. They have music outside playing with chairs and table, so I’m sure its so inviting in the warmer months! Will be return customers when back in the area!!

I grew up in Old Forge, I haven’t had Arcaro and Genells in at least 15 years. However, it used to be one of my mother and I’s favorites. I called “Take Away” and ordered a cheese steak hoagie and tray of red. I’m very plain so I eat my S&C literally just steak and extra cheese, so I REALLY taste the meat. The meat was very bland, as if no seasonings were used at all. Otherwise, it was your average S&C hoagie. I was pretty disappointed with the pizza, barely any cheese and again very plain. This is not at all how I remember Arcaro and Genells. Maybe just a bad day?

Closed for dining. We were told about this magical place to get pizza in Old Forge, PA. After a vacation in a neighboring community we decided to make the trip over to Arcaro and Gemelli. I was very disappointed to see that this restaurant seems to be hanging on to old COVID protocols or is it laziness or nobody wants to work (they don’t pay a living wage?) Whatever it is they’ve seemingly permanently closed their dining room. We ended up going to a different Italian restaurant in the area because I wasn’t going to have my family sit in the car to eat. The food was acceptable but I’m not sure that Old Forge pizza lives up to the hype. My advice is to skip this town all together, it’s not worth it.

Take out was easy and reasonably fast. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The tripe was some of the best I’ve had, and I’ve had/made plenty. The red pizza was standard Old Forge. Not the best I’ve had, but very good. The white with tomatoes, onions, garlic and spices was fantastic. Next time, I’ll skip the red altogether. Overall, a great place to go for excellent Italian fare.

Light crust, sauce has a great tang to it. The hot sausage was lights out. Would love to come back when the boxes ball courts are open. Great place and great Old Forge pizza.
