I came in to pick up several subs for a family gathering… the subs were good, but I have to post because of how impressed I was with the service from Cody. I was the only customer there when I ordered, but he was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. I travel for work and spend a lot of time in restaurants/hotels/airports, so when I come across people, especially young people, who do a great job and take pride in what they do, I want to make sure they are celebrated. This location just recently opened, so there are kinks to work out and employees to train up. The service was friendly and courteous. The bread was tasty and the toppings fresh. The meat is sliced to order but felt a bit light. I will go back to try again after staff is trained up.

Love Jersey Mikes. However this location is understaffed everytime we go in. There needs to be a minimum of 3 people working. They do the best they can with 2 but they are obviously stretched thin and have a hard time keeping up with orders. Also the music is too loud most of the time.
