We just ordered from this location and at the time of ordering the girl that was on the speaker did not sound to eager when she took our order. She sounded like she hates working here. Once we arrived at the window we were told that they ran out of bacon and we had to take the sandwiches as is. We weren’t offered anything because of the inconvenience. They gave us even a worse attitude because we were upset about the one thing that they ran out. They should have said something ahead of time and not sell the sandwich. When we got our order they gave us more attitude like we did something wrong. We will not be returning to this location ever again. They did not offer a good customer service and the advertising for the BBQ chicken sandwich is very deceiving. I am not surprised if these workers tempered with our food. I have added a picture to show how deceiving the advertisement is. We wanted exactly how the advertisement looks. Also, the girls working the window had a bad attitude and not great with customer service.

Every time I go in this location it takes at least 3 minutes for someone to even acknowledge the fact that I am standing there waiting, even when 5 different employees walk by and see me waiting… it literally has the worst customer service ever. Unfortunately, it’s the only location in my area, so I’m forced to go here. So if you do go here, be prepared to be ignored, hard….

Absolute worst food I’ve ever had. It was cold, the fries were like rubber. Went through the drive thru and they left out half my order and I had to go back inside to get it, after which they STILL didn’t give me my sides. The “famous” bowl had NO gravy and the cheese wasn’t even melted. For 30 dollars, are you kidding me? I will not be coming back to this location again.

The girls in back lost my order. Waited 1/2 hour, for a 2 piece meal. It was busy, but that was redicholis. Poor older lady in front kept telling them I was waiting a long time. So girl in back stated getting huffy with front lady. Could hear it all in dinning area. Once I got home to eat. I didn’t even like it much. Gave 1 whole piece to my dog. Very disappointed. Always liked the KFC inmy area too.
