I used to order pizza hut all the time, but lately the pricing increased but product and taste has decreased. The pizza is hard and tastes weird. I go to papa johns as of late and will continue to do so. I came back to pizza hut to give it another chance and well, i wont be back.

Delicious pizza as always from Pizza Hut. This outlet is not a different. Though they take longer time than the app showing last time, since it was dinner time day after Thanksgiving. Inner decoration is awesome for dine in. Though I ordered take out.

Half of the bottom of the pizza was missing. It’s like I asked for “Sprinkled cheese” instead of pepperoni pizza. Very disappointed. Called back, got a replacement not much of a difference. Pizza was undercooked, not cut (superficially cut). Y’all need to do better to keep customers.

This is an older style Pizza Hut that still has a dining room. I stopped in 530p and decided I’d dine in. The inside is outdated and less than 100% clean. Everything looked like it needed to be scrubbed down and there was a smell of fryer oil in the entire restaurant the second you walked in the door… maybe oil that’s overdue to be changed or a hood that’s not functioning properly…. perhaps both.

Ordered meat lovers with extra ingredients, verified pizza ingredients before checkout. They messed it up completely. I got a cheese pizza with onion and jalapeño but paid 22.00. Plus tax and delivery. Would never, ever order from them again EXCEPT that now they gave me a credit so I’m stuck. Gonna have to order something different but will never order pizza from PIZZA hut again. Gonna order from JV’s instead.
