Excellent fresh pasta place. Made to order. The place is inside Eataly Food Courts and Market. We got Spaghetti with mozzarella cheese and Butternut Squash ravioli with brown butter sauce. Both really good. A little bit of wait for the food cause it’s fresh made to order. While you wait you can go find a table to eat. Buon Appetite!!

wonderful pasta imo. Perfect al dente, top-notch DOP parmegan, the meat melts. Not sure if i can complain about the prices since its the strip, but it is expensive

The pasta at this eatery was incredible. The pasta was very fresh and the Bolognese sauce is one of the best I’ve tried. It’s a little pricey, but if you enjoy fresh pasta it’s worth it. I added the fresh mozzarella on my pasta, it was worth the additional charge. The mozzarella added another layer of depth and flavor to the pasta. This is a great eatery.

When we were seated we got the table at the entrance while there were other empty tables. We were served out of rotation. The food was lackluster at best. The tomato sauce was almost as good as store bought. Would not recommend to anyone.

Service was great. Cute little place in eataly, but food was just okay: My el dente seafood pasta was still el dente even though I asked for well cooked. My bolognese was pretty good. It was quite expensive for two dishes, we paid 80$ with tip. They give you fresh bread with olive oil, wished it came with salt and black pepper. This place is passable, however if you stay at Parks, it’s definitely convenient to eat here

I’m actually not entirely sure how this place has such low reviews. The only downside I experienced was the smaller portion sizes. Price is on par with everything else in the strip. But the tastes are much better than most places on the strip in my opinion. This was delicious and I’d definitely eat here again next time I’m in the area!

Do not eat this food do not eat this food!!!!!!! Costco sells better food than this, pay $28 for some cooked flour. Definitely a scam and definitely don’t recommend it. There are so many food in Vegas please don’t put yourself in hell. Will not be back here again

Paid nearly $100 dollars for 2 mediocre pastas. DO NOT add cheese to your pasta (it will run you about $10 extra ). Spaghetti tastes like a 5 year old heated it up from a can. Pasta was extremely chewy and under cooked.
