I wanted a lo menu with different chicken instead of what comes with it and they said they couldn’t do it and I would have to get a side of whatever other chicken. Once I asked for a side of orange chicken they said I HAD TO also have rice.. okay fine… after that I received my order 25 minutes later and the side of chicken and rice turned out to be 95% rice and laterally 5 pieces of chicken. After that we didn’t receive the rest of my food until after I finished eating. I was highly disappointed today and don’t recommend coming here.

I’ve eaten at Pei Wei many times in East Mesa at the Dana Park location and this one I ate at today was NOT the same quality food and NOT the same quality taste or ingredients. The chicken was chewy and fatty and no bigger than a dime and sauce was horrible. I threw away after a couple bites!!!

My wife picked up an order to go yesterday and found they forgot to put the extra order of egg rolls in her bag she called the store and they said just come back and I’ll give you your egg rolls. Well we came back today she got the egg rolls and they were cold in the middle like refrigerator cold.The girl that helped her was not the kindest person in the world nor was she the rudist person in the world but she certainly wasn’t people friendly I’ve been to other peiweis and this one by far is the worst service I’ve ever seen.

I love coming to this location. It’s usually busy but in my opinion it’s because they always have such great deals going on! I would definitely recommend downloading the app and also signing up for their emails, you’ll receive promotions here. The staff don’t usually know about the promotions unless you tell them so don’t get angry if you didn’t receive a deal. I have NEVER had a problem with my food, everything is fresh and what I love the most is that they are consistent regardless of who is working that day.

Memory
The food LOOKS fine, I was excited to try it even though our order was stolen before our doordasher had even gotten there. Immediately my chicken curry reeks of fish. The taste is bland, rubbery, and oddly sour/fishy. It left a nasty taste in my mouth and I’m assuming it’s spoiled. Took 2 bites and I’m throwing the rest away. First and only time I will ever try this place.
