Ordered a spicy chicken + nugget box then got to the window and paid for the meal. Then the woman at window then told us they were out of what I ordered. I asked to substitute and she refused. She said since she had already run me up she couldn’t change anything. But didn’t not mention they were out of what I had ordered before ringing me up. Terrible service

Extra dry, extra greasy, dried out biscuit, chicken smelled old…. Couldn’t get past the smell to eat it! Perhaps the grease was old! I don’t know what the problem was! I ordered original recipe….I am unsure what I actually received! The employees knew it was substandard so they gave me an xtra piece….. just one more to throw away! Gross just gross!

Typically don’t leave poor reviews as to I understand how hard the restaurant business is. However this was inexcusable. Food was cold, took twenty minutes after ordering to receive food, order was wrong, and when I went to try to correct the order it took forever for anyone to acknowledge me and the rest of my party had already finish their “food” by the time I sat back down. Manager or who I’m assuming was the manager wasn’t very helpful or nice to say the least. Will take a long while before i can patronize this location again.

I got a kids meal. Biscuit and Mac and cheese were good but the chicken nuggets were not even a centimeter long and very very very drywould not even eat them mountain dew just carbonated water chicken was very dry will not ever go back

Would give a zero if it were possible. Ordered a big box meal for a family member and when we got it to them there was one little piece of chicken when there was supposed to be three pieces of dark meat. The one piece was a breast…tried calling several times but no one would pick up!!!

Ordered thru doordash last night and they totally messed up my order. They didn’t give me my 1/2 gallon beverage bag, I was suppose to get 6 biscuits with my chicken bucket and I got none and then I was suppose to get 12 pieces of chicken and only got 9 because they put no legs into bucket. This place needs to get a new manager and employees that know what they are doing. You never know what to expect from them because one time everything is great and the food is good and then the next time they forget half your order and food is good that you got and then the next time the chicken might be so hard it’s inedible basically.

This place is horrible if you get KFC they fast but lord forbid if you order taco bell I sit pulled for 30 minutes with a line of people behind me the big girl that works in there as a manager is extremely rude an just looks like she hates her job I will never come back here again or recommend to anybody that I know the service her sucks the food is slapped together with no care put into it at all.

I was very disappointed in my meal I ordered the Bell Grande it had too much of that cheese on it totally covered over with gobs of sour cream very little tomato and the meat did not taste like taco meat you could barely get the hint of Taco flavor I feel that the Taco Bell in Spruce Pine could do better they certainly have in the past
