Every time I come to this Carls Jr and order one item they take FOREVER. I will literally be waiting in the drive through for 10-15 minutes. Do better or hire more people please, it shouldn’t take that long.

I really enjoy this location when craving Carl’s Jr. food. They pay close attention to requested food adjustments, such as no onions or no whip cream. If anything is wrong or missing in your order, Naomi is a friendly employee who will assist you. It is very beneficial for overnight, at least with a drive-thru open, too.

I spoke to Vanessa the manager at this location she was rude shuffled me out the door when I had a issue with payment I eat at Carl’s Jr every lunch break and some cashiers literally don’t know how to take a payment on a discover card when I brought this to the managers attention she did nothing about it and did not know how to prevent this from happening again horriable service I’m handicapped and cannot take more than 10 steps on my leg I had to get out my car 2x just to pay for my food I really hope you guys can do something about the staff you have working here I don’t think I will coming to your restaurant for lunch anymore thank you
