Another pizza place canceled our order last minute and left us without pizza 30 minutes before for our train party. We called and they said they could accommodate our large order and have it ready in 10-15 minutes so we won’t miss the train or be without pizza. Pizza was delicious and was ready in 15 minutes as promised and we made the train. Really appreciate them helping us out.

The food is always excellent. The owner super nice. However when he’s not there you’ll get the feeling they don’t want you to even walk through that door. Rude joyless zero eye contact. I’m so sorry I promise to never walk in again. Unless of course the owner happens to be there. If they ever want to use the sit down portion of the restaurant they need to at least make you feel welcome. Otherwise food to go only and god help you if you pick it up.

If you eat there…it’s excellent. Don’t bother with delivery. Order was 15 minutes late and ice cold. Not to mention they charge multiple delivery charges.

I love Ciao Pizza and have been going here 25+ years. They have, or had, the best mozzarella sticks and fresh marinara. I got my order today and the mozzarella sticks are the same old overly breaded, mass produced, typical franchise pizza place mozzarella sticks. To top it off, I didn’t even get to dip these “bleh” cheese sticks in freshly made marinara. Instead, I was blessed to receive 1 single ketchup packet to dip my fried cheese in.. very disappointed. Please change this back!! PLEASE!
