It was great back in 2017 and 18. Great hamburgers, the best, everything is fresh. Dunno how the place is run now but every so often when I drop in there it seems to be pretty much the same which is great. Good business model good people and good service.

I’ve never been there before. I thought it was expensive. Burger was excellent. Fries could be a little crisper. They need to wring out the rags a kitchen cleaning tables. One coke machine not working properly with too small of a sign. Out of ketchup cups. All could be super easy to remedy.

The freshest burgers. Sad that the lettuce and onions are chopped…it falls off your burger when they do that. Still very good. No room for fries. This is a serious burger.

I went and got a great burger and they loaded me up with lots and lots of fries. My second visit was not as impressive. Got a lot of fries but they were under cooked and I was already at my hotel before I found that out so I wasn’t able to request others. It’s pretty spendy for fast food!

Service was awesome as always, it was a little pricey but you get what you paid for, which was some amazing food, I highly recommend the chocolate shake as well as the bacon cheese burger and let’s not forget them Cajun fries! Yum!

I don’t even know where to start and how come this place got 4.5 stars. The fries was over cooked and the some of the employees were not friendly. I’ve been in many states/locations and I’ve never seen five guys with the lack of customer service like this place. I wish they change the management here so the customers received better service.
