Never ever ordered popa John’s before…food was good BUT the ordering process was ridiculous! I’m calling another country to order a pizza for central IL? Unbelievable!!! Of course my order was not correct due to foreign accent and them not understanding me even tho I spoke slow & clearly. The phone kept cutting out too so non-stop repeating. I say bring back popa John himself and get your act together corporate! The location itself ..very nice man who waited on me.

Phone customer service was terrible. All we needed to do was cancel an order. My wife called and was put on hold for 20 minutes before she was able to complete the cancelation. I also tried to call while she was on hold and when I was asked to be put on hold I tried to explain “no, I just need to cancel my order” he automatically put me on hold.

Cold, floppy pizza. Wings were garbage as well…don’t go to this location… Illinois locations are nothing in comparison to the Omaha Nebraska area..even the worst store there is still ten times better than what you have here…been to 7 locations…they are all the same..just goto papa Murphy’s..you can’t mess up a take and bake

I’m a dasher who showed up to pick up an order and they guy rudely told me doordash doesn’t usually show up at this time so he didn’t make it. So now I have to wait at least 20 mins he said. This now causes my ratings to go down and my customer to be unhappy with me. Employees here should make the orders they recieve not pick and chose. Very upset with the costumer service here tonight

EASILY the best Papa John’s in the Peoria area. Yes it’s a chain restaurant, but each individual location can vary the quality and service you get. The owners and managers at this location are fantastic. Service has always been great, pizza and sides prepared just right. Be warned, even on busy days, this location will definitely have your pizza done at least on time if not early! Make sure to be early to get your pipping hot Papa John’s!
