Horrible! The person in drive thru taking the order could NOT get our order right, IDIOT! It was 3 sandwiches a curly fry & a mozzarella stick. She finally got someone else to take the order, which helped but we had been there 8 min already trying to communicate our order. The WHOLE reason we went is for my Classic Beef and guess what was not in the bag! The curly frys were burnt, the lettuce and tomato on the chicken were so old and wilted my husband had to take the chicken off, wipe it off and got 2 pieces of our own bread, our mayo and our lettuce basicly making his own sandwich. The only good thing were the mozzarella sticks. We are SO disgusted we will not be back!

The food is okay. The only problem I have is there could be no one in the Drive-Thru no one and it’s not even a big order I had three sandwiches but they still had me Park further out than in the Drive-Thru window. Don’t they understand that it takes more time to send someone out of the kitchen to deliver the food especially if it’s not an order that’s over $20. Do they really think the corporate offices don’t realize by the numbers that they’re doing this. It’s like you paid and you drove off they know that it takes about 3 minutes to make food. Come on come on people. If you’re reading this he knew the store manager you need to train your employees better. You ain’t fooling anybody

Just ordered for delivery. Lemonade was WAAY past due. The seeded bun was super expired and not edible. The other BBQ sandwich was literally a slice of fat with cheese and bbq sauce… Fries were at least good. But that was the only ok thing… They also only give you a single sauce per meal. You’d think having two fries and requesting ketchup for both you’d get more than 2 packets total. Insane how bad the food experience is here compared to every other Arby’s I’ve ever been to. And sadly Doordash won’t refund for the terrible food… so lesson learned to avoid here or I’m wasting money.

As I just said in the picture I ordered a turkey Swiss meal and they made me something with Cheddar and bacon. Cheddar and bacon DOES NOT come on a turkey Swiss sandwich. When i got home I realized they made me the one wrong so I called them. When someone answered it was a lady she was ghetto, loud and rude talking about she’s the one who makes the food so she knows she didn’t make a sandwich with Cheddar and bacon. I said sweetheart I’m looking at the sandwich now it has Cheddar and bacon on it. She got a attitude with me and told me like 5 time’s she didn’t make no sandwich with Cheddar and bacon and so I had to be lying basically and if I came down to get the turkey and Swiss she wasn’t gonna make it. Just another restaurant that once used to be a halfway decent place to eat has turned into a total disappointment. My market fresh sandwich was made on bread that was supposed to be fresh but one of the corners was so hard you might as well have considered it a brick. I was never asked what type of fries I wanted and I received the grossest curly fries I’ve ever seen. More grease than fries. So disappointed.
