Bought two soups at about $10 a pop. Both soups were only 2/3 the way full. They had lids on them so you think you’re getting a full cup which at 10 is fairly pricey but, you’re not even getting that! Between the 2 cups 2/3 the way full I was out a whole 2/3 of a cup. Simple math! Deceptive practices.

just had a horrible experience here. the grapefruit juice was spoiled it was rancid. the egg salad was super salty like someone poured a ton of salt on it. the tuna salad sandwich was very dry like it was old. very disappointed I spent $70 on 3 sandwiches, 3 juices and 2 cookies and threw most of it away because it was so nasty. the server was also super slow and rude. I stood in line for 10 minutes while she made someone 1 coffee. I wish I could get a refund for my horrible experience and assault on my taste buds even more disappointing because I am used to the high quality from this chain in the other stores I have visited in NYC & London so I expected high quality product and experience.

She puts her entire palm of hand on the top of the coffee cup before the lid goes on. I told her and she walks around faster looking agitated, possibly agitated… She cleans with the same hands, shouldn’t ever touch the top of the cup. That should be the first lesson when being trained. 1:30am, 5/31

They had a few hot and cold food choices on the shelves, grabbed some food. Then I went to counter to ask for cappuccino. I waited for two hot chicks in front of me, young good looking cashier was so nice and friendly with them. Then I asked for a cappuccino and I was gonna ask some more food items from behind the counter. He said he can not make cappuccino right now, totally unfriendly with me compared to two hot chicks. Then I said ok, put back what I picked up from the shelf and went to Dunkin’ Donuts.

I love this chain and was so excited to find it in NJ, but I have been here a few times now and EVERY time my standard cappuccino order has been terrible. Like so bad that I end up throwing it away a 16 Oz after a few sips. I’ve gone a few times to just rule out user variability, but I’m convinced the staff at this location just sucks at making coffee. I’m pretty sure it’s been the same person making it each time also. Needless to say, I will not be stopping a this pret location again.

Tried it because we try to eat as healthy as possible when on a long trip, but hate taking too long. What a quick and delicious option! I had half an egg salad sandwich. Fresh, crispy French bread with avocado. They scooped out the inside of the baguette which enhanced the balance between bread and filling. My husband had a turkey bacon sandwich on whole grain bread. Both were tasty and fresh. So much better than a hamburger or fried food. This is the best rest area food we’ve ever had!
