Took 30 minutes to get a single bag of ice. Which turned out to be ice water I’m assuming it sat out of the freezer for the whole 30 minutes that it took them to walk it out to me and then it took 55 minutes to get 2 sonic cheeseburgers and 2 large drinks. Had I not already paid I would definitely not have waited. Not to mention the burgers were COLD and by cold I mean cold as if they had been refrigerated. I am not one to leave negative reviews or comments but come on people let’s get it together. This establishment seems to get worse with every visit in the past 6 months!

We used the app. Got to Sonic, checked in, waited 15 mins. Pushed button someone came out to check. They immediately brought out our ice cream. It was melted!! Very disappointed! Why use the app if they’re not going to recognize it!

My order was taken very quickly and the food was prepared very quick but what irritated me was the fact that the screen showed that the carhop hannah was on the way with the food yet it took her 10 to 15 minutes if not longer to get the food to my car which was all of 20 to 30 feet away from the door. Good approach but poor delivery. This is the second time this has happened at that sonic. I for one will not be going back

Sat in the stall for about 5 minutes. Pressed the button to order approximately 5 times. Nobody ever took my order. Place was not busy at all. Drove away disgusted. Not my first bad experience at this location so…that was their last chance.

I like this Sonic but Everytime I order a soft pretzel twist they forget to give me the cheese sauce that goes with it. And sometimes it takes a bit longer to receive your order even when they are not busy. Overall it’s a good place to go grab a bite.
