Ordered 4 dozen donuts the day before for pickup at noon. I assumed advance notice would be sufficient to be able to actually get my order. Nope. They were completely out of stock by the time I came in. ANY notification prior to me coming in at noon to pick up the order would have been great so I could order elsewhere. Imagine not informing the customer that their $55 prepaid order cannot be fulfilled! Terrible, terrible, terrible.

This Dunkin is the worst in the area. I waited for 45 minutes in the drive thru a month ago (stuck in the line) reached out and did a survey with 0 response from the upper chain. I’ve since tried it again and coffee was cold, didn’t even give me my food. I just avoid this Dunkin altogether

Very low quality service. I went this morning to pick up some coffee. Coffee cup was handed over to me without properly closing the lid. The coffee spilled out when it was handed over to me and burnt my hand. I hope they improve because I like this location.
