Got two burritos, one with chicken and add rice and another with steak and no bean. My wife called it in for pick up and repeated it three times since the lady that answered had a hard time understanding English. Ended up getting everything wrong and didn’t even get the side of sour cream we ordered. Food was tasty even if all wrong, hence the two star and not one. If your going to take orders, at least know English lol.

Waited 40 minutes for 3 tacos (worth $18) that never arrived. After going to the cashier to request a refund, the manager on shift gave me an attitude and told me that someone else had picked up my order. Never apologized or offered to make it right in any way. I did get my refund, while another customer returned to complain about missing items from her order. Establishment is severely lacking in the customer service department. It was my first time there, never again.

We used to love this place. Now we are done. This is about the 5th time our food has been wrong and this time they said our food wasn’t ready but clearly they microwaved everything. There is a whole in the Styrofoam box my burrito came in. I can’t even eat it. The corn it the nastiest thing I’ve ever ate. None of the food was even warm and everything we asked not be put on the food is on the food. I understand it’s Cinco De Mayo but that’s why I checked the times to see how long it would take. Took 30 minutes over the time we were told. I used to eat here two to three times a week. Now I’m done. I really tried but even when I called to ask to a manager a girl just started giggling on the phone.

The proportions in the tacos and burritos here are awesome and the meat used is cooked and seasoned very well too! With so many locations opening up around town, you would do yourself a favor by stopping into your local shop and give them a try! I get 3 tacos every time because I cannot pick a favorite between chicken, shrimp, and carne asada. Their asada fries are true contenders with roberto’s too! Their agua frescas are fresh, not too sweet, and completely refreshing.

Fist time on this restaurant, very clean, well kept and organized. Staff is very friendly and kind. I ordered the shrimp cocktail and was good, not the kind you’ll get on a upscale Mexican restaurant but still very tasty and well prepared. I look at other dishes and seemed really good, for sure will be back to try more of their food. The fruit juices are really good, great option instead of high calories sodas. Overall good place for a quick bite.
